About You
At first site our business may seem more suited to the building trades, but that is not so. We approach this subject from a technical point of view. It requires the ability to use and understand test meter readings and combine this with an in-depth knowledge of indoor air quality together with a basic awareness of buildings structures, this of course you will learn at the training course.
Once a detailed analysts has been formulated together with corrective measures laid out within your survey report. This is forwarded to head office for final checking, after which it is ready for presenting to your client together with costings.
The following programme for the corrective work is also part of your business, much of which can be undertaken by one person. For larger undertaking such as internal wall insulation or forced air systems etc, you may wish to contract out under your supervision, again all cover by your training. You can always call for live backup with video during surveys.
In the fullness of time you will find you have developed a small team undertaking site work, with you heading up on surveys.
Your Business
As this is your own business so you will be responsible for your own taxation, establishment costs and business matters. You will operate as self employed as an pureAzone associate and covered be contract.
The business can be successfully run as a van based business, i.e. your van being your office, and one that we recommend.
This is extremely practical, effective and low cost way of doing business.
We have structured the business opportunity to keep costs as low a possible, having no franchise licence fees to pay like so many other similar business opportunities. A marketing / monitoring royalty fee is charged against each booked contract to cover costs and development. All surveys have to be registered with our admin for checking and monitoring. Classroom five day training course. This is a one off cost of £6990. Note: Accommodation and food not provided.

Target Earnings.
It is very difficult to set an individual business performance for different people, as every person has their own aspirations and objectives. Therefore taking an average from our mainland Europe team, where the call for our services is small by comparison to the UK due to a more dryer climate, we would expect to see a booked income over the first three months of £960 per week.
